TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE OF EUROBLACKLIST

Updated: 04/2025

PURPOSE

These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use ("T&Cs") govern the subscription, access, and use of the services offered by the EuroBlackList platform (hereinafter "the Service"), accessible at www.euroblacklist.eu, by any natural or legal person ("the Subscriber").

DEFINITIONS

Subscriber: Any person or legal entity that subscribes to the EuroBlackList Service exclusively via the website www.euroblacklist.eu and holds a valid business license and a valid EU VAT number.

Service: Access to the EuroBlackList database, the ability to consult reported profiles, include the EBL clause in contracts, and report non-payments after issuing a final reminder.

EBL Clause: A preventive contractual clause recommended by EuroBlackList and included by the Subscriber in their contracts. EuroBlackList disclaims all responsibility and provides no guarantee as to the legal validity or enforceability of this clause. Subscribers are strongly advised to seek legal counsel from a qualified professional in their jurisdiction before using it. Integration of the EBL clause in each new contract is mandatory: without documented proof of the client's explicit consent, no report will be processed by EuroBlackList.

User: An employee of the Subscriber who is authorized to access the Service. Each User must be personally identified during account creation and is fully responsible for all actions performed under their credentials.

SUBSCRIPTION

Subscribing to the Service implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs. These T&Cs override any document issued by the Subscriber, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

By subscribing, the Subscriber solemnly confirms they hold a valid business license and a valid EU VAT number. The Subscriber and all associated Users must be clearly identifiable. EuroBlackList reserves the right to verify this information at any time and may refuse any subscription request without justification.

Subscription is also conditional upon the mandatory acceptance and signing of the EuroBlackList Code of Ethics, which defines principles of transparency, good faith, and confidentiality. No subscription may be finalized without signing this document.

Before subscribing, a free and non-binding pre-registration process is required. This step verifies the identity and legal status of the potential Subscriber and provides essential information about the Service.

ORDER AND ACCESS TO THE SERVICE

The subscription must be completed exclusively online via the form available at www.euroblacklist.eu.

Access to the Service is granted only after internal verification of the account and confirmation of successful payment.

The Subscriber is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

TERM – TERMINATION

The subscription is valid for one year and is automatically renewed unless terminated by email at least three (3) weeks before the expiration date.

The Service may be suspended or terminated by EuroBlackList in case of non-payment or breach of these terms.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed on the website and may be updated at any time.

Payment is made exclusively online through providers such as PayPal or Stripe.

Refunds are not available, except in cases of clear error or service failure attributable to EuroBlackList.

Any reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

EuroBlackList is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with Latvian law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.
